Lauren Nauser, is experienced in developing a comprehensive business structure with respect to all financial, human resources and IT needs. She has worked with many types of businesses including, food services, manufacturing, litigation support and Insurance Agencies. Her expertise has been accumulated from the various businesses she has helped develop by implementing new strategic direction, establishing newly formulated work rules and procedures, formalizing processes, and turning over fully fortified departments to new business owners. Being an accountant, she can handle all serious finance-related questions and financial development needs. Her experience has involved negotiating a wide variety of business issues and has included brokering the development of multi-million dollar businesses and meeting the needs of the stockholders & owners.
Ms. Nauser has been operating as a Consultant under the company name of CompWizBiz, Inc and only now has formed Admin Associates a wholly owned subsidiary.
Brian Shaughnessy is our website developer and all around web technical support person. His company is Lighthouse Consulting & Design and has been developing websites in various capacities for over 15 years.
His experience working with not-for-profit professional and trade associations led him to find Joomla!, and later CiviCRM, as affordable, robust, and effective solutions for cost-conscious organizations. Through implementation of Joomla!+CiviCRM for many diverse associations, he has been able to provide an integrated, web-based, member management database solution that previously was only available for large, well-funded organizations.
Working largely behind the scenes, Kim Manghisi has functioned as an Administrative Assistant for the team since spring of 2017. Having come from a Masters prepared, corporate background, her experience, flexibility, organization and dedication to her work has helped us immensely. Together, we are able to accomplish our goals on a regular basis.
